Manchester Animal Hospital is full-service provider of healthcare services for pets. We treat diseases in companion pets on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Manchester Animal Hospital has the experience and facilities to provide preventive care, treat diseases and a variety of health problems including heartworm, lyme disease, hip problems, seizures, arthritis, injury, poor diet, and tooth care.

Examinations - We offer a complete range of physical exams, from the initial puppy or kitten visit, to                          the comprehensive geriatric exam. We recommend annual check-ups and preventive care to help detect and treat          serious health problems early.

Vaccinations - Our doctors will tailor a vaccine protocol that is appropriate for your pet.

Surgical Services -  The doctors at Manchester Animal Hospital perform a wide variety of surgeries and have a board certified surgeon available for specialized procedures.  Many of our surgical procedures are offered with same day service. We strongly recommend analgesic medications for all surgical patients.

Laboratory Analysis -  Our in-house and referred diagnostic capabilities ensure that laboratory evaluation is                     thorough and accurate.

Radiographs -  Radiographs are essential for the diagnosis of many pet ailments. Our in-house radiology department   allows us to quickly and safely take the X-Rays we need to make a diagnosis. Referral may be required for CT                  and MRI scanning.

Anesthesia - We recognize that many clients are concerned about anesthesia. Every patient is different and                      therefore an individualized anesthetic and pain management plan is determined for each pet undergoing                           surgery. Blood screening is performed before a patient is anesthetized.

Dentistry - Healthy teeth and gums are essential to your pet's quality of life. Our dental services include ultrasonic teeth cleaning, polishing, tooth extractions and minor oral surgery.

     

Pharmacy - We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. We also carry a full line of prescription diets

Permanent identification - We offer microchip identification.
